Moffett Mounty Training

Our Moffett Mounty (Vehicle Mounted Lift Truck) training Courses are designed to meet the requirements of the HSE's Approved Code Of Practice (ACOP) and help operators use trucks both safely and efficiently. Courses are carried out by our fully accredited instructors and training certificates to satisfy the Code of Practice are issued on satisfactory completion of training.

What Will You Learn?
	Identify the basic construction, components, the purpose and use of all controls
	Understand of both longitudinal and lateral stability
	Carry out all pre-use and running checks
	Hydraulic Inspection
	Maintenance
	Electric Systems
	Hook up
	Hook down
	Manoeuvre in confined areas using forward and reverse direction, both with and without a load
	Set up the forklift in order to lift various loads
	Ensure load integrity and security
	Transport Loads
	Lift various loads within the full working range of the forklift
	Place and retrieve loads accurately at various places
	Keep within safe working parameters
