This Manual Handling Awareness course is aimed at introducing delegates to the hazards of manual handling, the risks involved and controls available and what to expect from a manual handling assessment.

Some of the Manual Handling injuries include: strains; sprains; lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling loads; trapped fingers and cuts from sharp objects.
